I've been looking at the Move Bumper DIY weld-em-up kits and then transplanting the swing arms I built for the stock step rear bumper I'm currently running. I figure it'd still cost me $900 or so, plus a good chunk of my time. Not really a great cost savings over buying a built bumper, once you factor in your time.
