E350 4X4 van on eBay
Sounds promising if you want a minimal interior, or want to build your own. No affiliation.

2006 Ford E350 4X4 Van, with a 6.0 liter diesel. I purchased this van just after it was professionally converted to a 4X4. It's a coil over conversion, similar to what Salem Kroger used to do. It's got a Dana 60 front end from a 2008 F350. Procomp suspension with about 6" of lift.
Since purchase, I've invested over $15K in making the van expedition-ready. This includes the camper interior, as well as mechanical upgrades, all of which I have receipts for.
Upgrades completed within the last year and a half:
bulletproof EGR cooler and oil cooler
2 new high performance batteries
new alternator
new FICM, injectors
new fuel pump
all new steel braided heating and cooling hoses
new wiring harness, entire electrical system gone through
new turbo inlet pipe and boot
new brake pads and vacuum pump
viper alarm with kill switch
pioneer stereo with speakers
roof rack
new insulation at floor and side panels
new floor
new sportsmobile couch/bed completely re-upholstered
new cabinet with aluminum trim
insulated window coverings
The interior was built for sleeping comfort and gear storage, I left out the stove and sink to have a more open floorplan and for more room for toys. I had an outside kitchen set up that worked for my needs, but the stove/sink cabinet area could be easily added.
*this is the dream van, but I now need a daily driver for work, so I'm going back to a Tacoma with pop up camper on the back.
*available for local pick up, or could arrange shipping for an additional price.
Thanks for looking.
