Search on Craiglists all over the USA ?

Could somebody tell me if it's possible to search for vans on craiglists not only by state/region but all over the USA ?

You can also output specific searches from there as RSS feeds and dump them into your newsreader. I have a SMB one set up that way, which is how I found my van in North Carolina (I'm in PA).

An additional note when using Google to search a specific site (e.g. blahblahblah site:craigslist.org). If you just run that search, you'll get results from now, results from years ago, results from months ago, etc. Not always what you want if searching to buy something for sale now. But if you go to "search tools" (after you run the initial search), then select "any time," a drop down sub-menu will allow you to select "past 24 hours," "past week," "past month," etc. Or you can then put in your own custom range.
