You could always make the seller an offer good for 24 hours so he can't shop it to death, subject to a personal/professional inspections. I have used Mobil mechanic used truck inspection services when an SMB is not on my area.
My SMB has two rear removable captains chairs that I hope will provide a more comfortable ride for extra passengers on long vacations, each SMB is different so get what you love!
