2006 6.0 PSD Cold Start Issues

2006 6.0 PSD 135,000 miles. I was experiencing longer than normal cranking during cold starts. Dealer said that the FICM (Fuel Injection Control Module) was not outputting enough voltage. Time to replace. Good news is the injectors are fine, said they have 30-50k more miles left on them.

If you have similar issues I highly recommend taking your van to a mechanic that can perform IDS diagnostics and cylinder contribution tests. Takes the guess work out of diagnosing issues.
