Me too as I'm doing it right now. New knuckles and also 35 spline axles, ball joints, and tie-rod ends.
It's worth noting though that the brake calipers are the same for both the 2wd and the Dynatrac Prorock60 big brake upgrade. Dynatrac lists 5072 and 5073 and that cross references to the one JWA references above. 8C2Z-2B120-CR. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Thanks for the comments OBC---glad to see someone understanding the scope of the thread.
I'm completely out of my wheel house about parts or procedures related to 4WD.

Correct. For the Dynatrac Pro Roc 60 4X4 Big Brake Upgrade
The Calipers are 08+ E350-E450 (2WD)
Rotors are 04 F550 machined for 8 x 6.5 Bolt Circle. 14.53" Dia.

Ok well now that we've understood that I'm attempting to upgrade front Dynatrack axle brakes. Are the 08' E350 calipers going to fit on dynatrack knuckles? with the correct SMB forum rotors from the previous link? Again sorry for the confusion.

Yes, provided that you have the bigger dynatrac knuckles and hubs. You could also give Dynatrac a call. Talk to Steve Marrone for a quote. P (714) 596-4461 X201
Send me a PM and I can give you part #'s if required. As the OP has indicated he'd like for the thread to remain a DIY for those upgrading 2WD vans. Also, it's helpful if you create a signature with info about your rig so folks can better answer your questions.

I don't think you can install the bigger caliper to your existing steering knuckles. It is a completely different mounting system. You're kinda stuck with the pre 08 brakes unless you want the whole enchilada. The pre 08 brakes are SCARY especially with 35"s. Where are you located? You should drive a SMB with the larger brakes.

FWIW, my OE (?) 16” steel wheels ... I only Assume that they are OE, but I’ve only had van since 4/20 ... on my ‘03 E250 SWB Cargo DO NOT clear. Hopefully, future benefactors of JWAs generous Thread won’t run in to this roadblock.
If the ‘08+ steelies were at the PnP, I would’ve gotten them at the same time as the drop-out. Still, extremely pleased with upgrade. Surprised that my Take-Off ‘03 parts aren’t getting Any attention locally. I listed them for the equivalent of Scrap pricing.

Hey all - I have a take off from Quadvan - it’s a 2019 with less than 20 miles on it that will not work with my current lift so I'm selling. All the parts needed including new nuts, brake lines, and brand new stabilizer bar. All OEM. PM and if you are in the PNW I might even be able to meet you halfway for delivery. I’ve posted in the classifies. Not trying to thread jack because this one helped me to get all the parts needed that we not included with the take offs.
It truly is “plug and play” but won’t work for me because the radius arms wouldn’t work with my lift due to geometry. However a stock 2wd this is just a bit harder than a brake job and can be done in your driveway if you have the right tools! I have aftermarket wheels so I can’t speak on the stock wheel potential issues on clearance. The 450 brakes are bigger than the stock 250!

Too late---this has already been dragged completely off-topic despite pleas to not bring 4WD conversion questions et al.
Oh well......I'll try to stop replying which won't stop the off-topic comments but I don't have anything more to add.
So who's doing what to survive this COVID-19 insanity?
