Are you saying that the axle does not rotate once installed in the differential?
Does it turn when you rotate the input yoke?

I think we are losing something in the translation here.....

Does the long shaft spline slip into the differential fully? When both axles are straight (in line with each other) does the axle turn?

If you turn the input yoke on the differential does the axle turn?

Are you saying that the U-joint binds when bending the axle sharply?

...or when you install the spindle over the outer stub shaft it binds?

I was hoping a French translator might stop in.

Pimpon: A universal joint (U-joint..it's technically a cardan joint) is rather primitive compared to a say a CV (constant velocity) joint. Based on the pictures above, if you are trying to turn the short stub shaft with your hand at large angles it's going to be very difficult/impossible because of the basic properties of a U-joint.

When you flex a U-joint the output shaft rotation (compared to the input shaft) is not constant. The output shaft will rotate with a sinusoidal component....this will make it easier/harder to rotate depending on the position of the U-joint as it rotates when rotating at a large angle.

At large angles it gets quite hard to turn ......you can simulate this with a flex universal socket and a ratchet.

This is why most modern vehicles use CV joints, they run smoother and are more efficient.

Here are a couple graphs of the input to output shaft relationship

for me I'm not sure of the correct gasket reference
when there are no joints everything is fine the shaft turns well

Oh. Dust shields.

They're not really necessary. I believe the inner one should be pressed into the axle housing instead of hanging on the axle shaft.

it does not fit into the normal housing or not
