2001 Sportsmobile Penthouse Selling Price

Hello,

I have a 2001 Sportsmobile Penthouse on a Ford E-250 extended van. The van has 51,000 miles and is in excellent condition. Biggest drawback is no AC in cabin area (only dash AC while driving) but we have a 5,000 BTU window AC we've always used and it works quite well. New all terrain tires, battery and no flaws in the interior. No rips/tears in penthouse canvas. Can anyone help me determine a ball park asking price?

Layout? Engine? 2 or 4wd? Color? Pics? Your looking at 20k-60k depending on those factors I'd say.
