Oh man, sorry to confuse. I was meaning take it to your VW guy! He might take it on. I did not at all mean to take it to Derek, at least not unless he fronts you some traveling money.

Better to have CCV pay a local professional to do it in my opinion! Sounds like that might be the current course of action, which I hope is the case for all parties.
