I've driven the O' Coast both ways and really have no preference.

Cape Breton is a time permitting excursion. We will go to 'real' France, so we don't 'need' to visit another French speaking island.

The Gaspe is higher on my list of places to visit.

Cape Breton- French speaking? New Brunswick is officially about 50/50. The Gaspe is 100%.
