Looking for some help I want bigger tires and maybe wheels. I have some 15x8 wheels would they be too wide? Stock is 15x6 I’m not sure what’s on it right now I just bought the van. Also want some taller tires stock is 235/75r15. What would be the tallest I could go with slight rubbing? If anyone has any info let me know thanks. My van is stock no lifts or spacers. Also if anyone has any recommendations for tires and wheels I want my van to look mean and rugged I’m gonna be using it as a moto van.
We had a 1988 e150 with 5 liter V8 and 3.31 axle ratio. Put bigger tires on, and it made freeway driving a constant shifting between 3rd and 4th gear. It also had a high top.
