Anyone recognize this SMB from Arizona?

Just curious if anyone recognizes this SMB from Arizona and if they are members on here. I have some questions about their unit.

That looks like the one that was being parted out in Washington. Not sure it is the same rig.

The aluminess dual tire carrier is pretty unique and should help narrow down if they've been members here.
