Because I'm a die hard DIYer, I built my own. But at the price 1der sells these I was an idiot to build it. Mine is not as elegant in design, does not have as good of a hook on the end, and didn't save me any money.

With all that being said, the talon is far superior to a bungee. Mostly because it is stored right where you need it, can't be lost, and can be implemented one handed without looking.
