Just a head's up. Epoxy resin does not bond to chopped strand fiberglass mat because the "mat" of chopped strand fiberglass is held together by a binder which is used in polyester resin. So while polyester resin dissolves and adheres to the binder and may be used with chopped strand fibers, epoxy may not:

As a fiberglass boat owner for many years I can recommend Marine Tex, 3M 5200, 3M Marine grade filler ( polyester resin based) and the West System line of epoxys.
Epoxy doesn't stand up well to sunlight. It needs painting.
As 86 Scotty recommended, some pigmented polyester resin, and glass cloth will do the trick on a fiberglass roof. Don't glop it on, shave the excess while the resin is still partially cured, and wet sand to finish. This will mitigate the dreaded fiberglass dust.
