Messaged them and they said it doesn't have a passenger seat/door.

.... it's $3K and checks lots of other boxes........and 2009 so new style front end and dash, and V10.....

...after doing a little googling....it appears no passenger door F450s are quite common.....hadn't really thought about it much.

You can see in one of the pics that there is no passenger seat...assuming the large enclosure shown in that pic is the side door actuator, so that stuff can go when the shuttle doors are changed out.

Garage
That one has potential. I like the price. The seller will likely be willing to deal. It will take a ton of work to build out.

Yes the passenger door option seems to be pretty rare on these shuttles. It would great to have but I think I will have to weigh the options as to what is most important. The one Kbeefy posted has a rear door which is great, quite a few don't but one could always be added I suppose.
I am definitely leaning towards the fiberglass shuttle bodies and the V10.

One more factor going towards shuttle busses: Interior height is taller. School buses only had standing height in the dead center, and that’s it.

I've checked out a few of each type in person now and I see pros and cons to each. The wife and kids like the look and fun factor of a school bus so they're pulling me that direction. Going to go check out a 2010 school bus with a 6.0 tomorrow. Looks to be in good shape, 120k miles and decent price.

Yikes ! The cursed 6.0 !? Be careful ! Don't forget that several Nat Parks limit vehicle length and width also.

Maybe something like this to consider - pricing is attractive - no relation or personal knowledge of this vehicle -
