What kind of bolt is this and how do I remove it?

Trying to remove the housing for my solar panel, but the bolt just keeps spinning. O_O

If that's on an SMB top there will be a corresponding cap covering the head of the bolt on the ceiling inside. You'll need to figure out how to hold one while loosening the other.

It's a normal bolt but not sure what the washers and caps are called... someone hopefully will chime in and let us both know.

I don't see any bolts on the interior ceiling, anything like that must be under the ceiling panel and I'm not ripping that apart.

The panels are secured to the frame the same way the frame is bolted to the top, those spin also, and there isn't a way to get to the underside of the panel and hold the other side of a bolt, also impossible to see. Is there another way to remove them?

I found this post, but not sure how the nuts were removed.

Any chance you can take a picture of the interior ceiling where your bolts should come through the top? There should definitely be some covered bolt heads on the interior that you can easily access. Could also be incorporated into the bolts holding the grab handles to the inside of the ceiling (depending on where those brackets are located on the pop top).

There are bolts at the grab handles, but that is a completelydifferent location than the bolts holding on the solar panel frame. You can see those 4 bolts at the back of the 2nd image.
Its just a white ceiling under the bolts from the solar panel.

If you are lucky these are outside of the pop-top, so lift the roof a little and see if you can find the bolt outside of the canvas.

I believe the scale of things is fooling you. I think these bolts (on the underside) are on the outside of the canvas. Take a look.
