I have mine priced at the upper end of the range get because I still use it and love it and continue to make improvements. The idea is that I don't really want to sell it; but, if someone really wanted it and made me a good offer, I'd likely let it go.
The only reason I even have it up for sale is that I want a 4x4 version . . . like the one we are talking about here.

The only place I have posed it ever is on Facebook Marketplace. It gets some interest occasionally, but mostly haters letting me know that I'm a clown for asking $30K for 1999 GMC Cargo Van.

Lots to unpack here.
30k for a 1999 2WD Chevy Gasser is definitely aiming for the stars. If you want to sell this rig at that price it needs to be 100% southern rust free with the photos to prove it. Even with low miles, being an Indiana rig and from the photos stored outside with some questionable stripe work on the roof and hood is gonna knock the price down. I was shopping and looked at your van about 10 times but the ameteur paint work and no underside photos DQ'd it pretty fast.
I would also retake the photo with it cleaned, in a good empty background, no dogs, etc. Its a nice rig and I am sure you take care of it but the photos make it look otherwise. If its nice and rust free, drive it somewhere that looks "western" and take your photos there. Thats the stigma of the Midwest unfortunately.
For whatever reason there is a bit of a deduct for the Chevy versions, even though they are a fine rig, the Econolines are more popular and bring more money regardless of shape/condition.
The lack of 4x4 is also a pretty big deduct. Its no small task to do a 4x4 swap on any van, gotta be at a minimum $10k to do it close to right unless you own a wrecking yard and an auto repair shop already.
I think I can speak for most people that I would rather have a 200k mile 4x4 than a 79k mile 4x2 for the same money assuming the same body condition.
