Cool, pretty nice trails in your backyard. Saw another one at the Q. Personalized license plate to boot.

Re: SMB Sightings

Sorry I forgot you Dparkwy, it's just that there are more SMB's in Jackson than there are cars.

Re: SMB Sightings

I was getting on I-15 in Idaho Falls tonight, heading South back to Pocatello and a tan?, fully loaded SMB was heading North. It was 9:30 and you were passing the Broadway exit in Idaho Falls. Looked like you were loaded down and heading somewhere fun. It was starting to get dark so didn't see any plates.

Re: SMB Sightings

Saw two Sportsmobiles in Yukon, on my way to Alaska.

One was parked about ten days ago in Carmacks, just next to the small campground at crossing of Robert Campbell HWY and Klondike HWY, a white pop-top EB with some Brown/gray graphic line.

I saw the other one going South on the Dempster HWY two days ago, a white pop-top EB too...

SMB Sightings

We've had a few sightings on our journey. Of course our rendezvous with llamadave at the ferry in Ketchikan.

A few "others" around Skagway/Dyea

Nice power wagon, for you Ron..

Hymer getting on the ferry in Skagway.

Saw a newer steel blue SMB headed in the opposite direction, we were between Haines and Haines junction at the time, we both waived.
A few days before while out at Dyea flats outside of skagway, driving out near the campground an older SMB was off in the distance, we met up on the dirt road and I waived them down, I'm not sure they realized what they were looking at, much less ever seen another SMB! nice couple that live outside of Dyea. Turns out it used to be her fathers and they were giving it a little shakedown, an '85 with a 7.3L, she said a family member was going to be using it soon, didn't say for what, but sure enough, we saw it parked along the road up on the pass for the big bike race between Haines junction-Haines, 1500 entrants and their support crews descend upon Haines! we ducked out the day before.

Re: SMB Sightings

I'm still in the Northwest haven't seen one in a week or so. Very unusual. I did see this near Crater Lake the other day though. It's kinda like 2 or 3 SMB's.

Re: SMB Sightings

We just saw another Hymer last week on our way back from 3 weeks in Oregon, this one was on a Mercedes chassis at a little campground near Cloverdale, CA. German couple in that one, also.
