Up to a certain age, children are like dogs ... they just want to be with you and do what you do. To miss that is a missed opportunity for both the children and the parents.

Ok back to the Meet and Great.

I think the best way to Plan the site is to wait until we figure out how many SMB's within 5 or so that are coming for sure and I will scout for a big enough place once the snow melts.

You can camp in most BLM for 14 days without having to move so one could come and early or late with the weekend in the middle and do some exploring.

I dont think so. however I know there are places you should never go with out 4wd but nothing rated.

I took my van every where before it was 4wd.

But im sure there are lots of places I dont know about. YET

Spent some time looking at the suggested campgrounds in the Allstays app. Found most of them and they all look like good locations from the hybrid view.

I have now officially moved to Wyoming so I definitely will be at this one. Looking forward to it.

Gnar,

going back to an earlier post of yours, I live in the Four corners area and would like to have another van for company going out to some of the more remote ruins. And I never get tired of Chaco or Canyon de Chelly. If you are still thinking of coming down here in the Spring, let me know.
