I might be able to join you all too, as I live in Jackson. Shadow is always good but could be tight with more than 3-4 SMBs. The camp spots with the best views tend to be smallish. There are a couple with non-Teton Views that could hold multiple vans. There are two at the summit that are a little less used, fyi. The road and top of Shadow can be a little dicey for 2wd depending on the snow year but it's been driveable pretty early the last few years.
Granite Canyon has some decent spots for a group of vehicles, as does Greys River Road down near Alpine. Both can get crowded on weekends though. No facilities to speak of at any of these spots.
