Bought a cabin, the SMB doesn't get the love it deserves! I am the second owner. Title in hand. This van has 56000 miles on the solid Ford 5.4 V8. Pwr windows, mirrors, locks. 35 gallon fuel tank....

great answer....house batteries, probably a few years old now, have been on shore before ( camping and storage ) and the batteries were probably quite low. charge controller....where is that bugger...

yes, just slide it all the way to the left and it will click off.....the previous owner of my SMB put an "off" label there. maybe try that. enjoy your trip!

thanks dave, good to get some input.....these things confuse me. still trying to figure out what i did to my system, blew the battery fuse for sure, replaced it but the inverter will now only stay on...

NRL, thank you for the detailed response. everything is hooked up the way the folks in Indiana did it. I have used campground shore power and starcool worked great ( here in hot florida ) assumed...

that's the way I did it, just like it was an outlet at a campground. thought I did everything right, expensive mistake whatever it was that happened!

thanks for the reply greg, the guys at SMB indiana where it was built thought there should be no problem for that generator to run my AC. and i did try the reset buttons.....i think i'm gonna be...
