I see the clunk noise was addressed because it is weird to have a clunk noise in steering and everything be alright. Normally that would be a Y link tie rod style set up like on stock Cherokees and I beam Fords where it will snap back from a over articulated axle. The shock clunk sounds right and even more apparent if they are not gas filled shocks. gas filled will push up and lessen the frequency of the clunk. As far as the steering wheel being off, something got stretched or ? Make sure steering input, steer box, tie rods ect... Check your tie rod adjustment clamp that could have slipped on some threads from the bolts being loose! I noticed it is a E350 but you do not mention your front axle as to the conversion, Quigly, U-Joint ect... I do not know if either company uses van stock or pickup stock tie rod set ups but I run reinforced F450 ends cut and sleeved to fit!

It would be worth the money to take to an alignment shop. Tires are expensive and a miss aligned front end will eat the tires in no time.

Glad the knocking is an easy fix.

I had an alignment shop look at it and they said the alignment was spot on. They did find the worn bushing on the shock so I have those ordered and will install them and hope that fixes the issue. I can move the upper mount by hand so it is something that definitely needs fixing. I'll do all bushings since I have the shocks off anyways. And they are cheap.
