I'd keep an eye on that offset receiver adapter. A YouTuber I follow running the same moto carrier had a similar part fail while on a trail and the bike ended up on the ground. There will be a lot of leverage on those welds. Maybe have a welder add some reinforcing side plates to spread the loads better.
I ditched the offset and used a straight extension. Got back after a big SE Oregon trip. I give the hauler a solid 9 out of 10.
