Hi,
I have the Timbren Axeless suspension on my 8' x 6' trailer with same wheels and tires as my SMB,
black MT's 285x70x17, but trailer in Australia and SMB in US. I tow it with my Ram 3500 drw & Eagle Cap 1160
dual slide-out Truck Camper. Trailer has steel frame and aluminium skin. With two tier roof rack , for Stand Up Board & Canoe, inside Quad bike, Suzuki 250 trail bike up front, Blokart And sail, slung in roof, Archery gear and eventually "Little River 17" Row Boat, with slide seat & sail kit on roof, along with dual batteries, solar panel,
Chairs, table, tools, etc.
Trailer Love It! Love having Toys.
Away for five days at the moment, North East of Perth, Western Australia at Goomalling Caravan Park, with BiTone WestCoast Caravan Club & 32 other couples for Easter weekend of great activities.

Oh yeah. It's not going to be a teardrop, but don't tell the PO.

Are you keeping the teardrop framework or scrapping it? If you are lopping it off, I may want to salvage it if it stays in shape.

I am lopping it off, but about 18" off the deck.. You're welcome to the top, but I would need some money for it, as I plan to use most of the steel... If you wanted to compensate me for the steel cost, you're welcome to the teardrop shape.

Re: Trailer Project
Reasonable request on your part, but not sure who I'm kidding. I won't have time for the project I have in mind. I can't even get to the projects I need to do.
Hack it up!

Re: Trailer Project
Don't forget to install the keg refrigerator, and the outside beer taps, large water tank with demand water heater, and the outside shower so you can sell showers to those of us less fortunate (or not willing to tow a trailer) Of course if you didn't get to the keg holder first, you could trade showers for beer.........................

If the project ages to the point you want to ditch it, I may take custody of it until I realize I won't do anything with it and pass it to the next guy.
