2006 e350 6.0 SMB West conversion

Hi all I have a 2006 E 350 6.0 146k miles with a full and complete bulletproof with SmB West 4x4 conversion. 4 inch exhaust turbo back 35 inch tires bilstein shocks Atlas t case 4:10 gears. Warn locking hubs, Rear axle built with heavy duty ambulance kit. On board compressor. Sub floor storage box in rear. Apple play head unit. Entire van is fresh paint less than a year. Aluminess roof rack and side ladder and rear spare tire holder. I have all original receipts of everything ever done to the van including maintenance, the bulletproof work, as well as the 4x4 conversion. It’s is currently just a passenger van as that’s all I have used it for us to haul my 6 kids and tow a boat a couple times a year. I am looking to sell because I’m getting a bigger boat and trailer and looking to purchase a 6 door truck to haul everyone still with more towing power. Van is not tuned in anyway just bulletproofed.
