Sorry if this is redundant post - but wondering how owners insulate their undercarriage water/sewage/holding tank(s) piping ? Are you using standard foam and "liquid nails" or silicone to attach insulation ? What have you found that holds up the best solution over the years of ownership - running forest roads, beach and sand, etc. ?
I meant to specify "round pipe foam" rather than any type of "sheet" foam - as personally I can't see how sheet foam could adequately wrap around plumbing pipes.
Thanks "gordon" -- applied with liquid nails or something else ?
No other adhesive beyond the tape strip that comes with the split insulation. Just put the split insulation over the pipe, peel the backing off of the attached tape, and press.
