I'm slow-grilling a small standing rib roast this afternoon, since it is 55 degrees F here in late February in the formally frozen Northern Rockies. I've got the top up on the SMB in the driveway while we begin re-loading cooking gear from last fall, in preparation of our March 14th launch to Death Valley NP and points south.
Damn its been a long time since I grilled outside with the SMB set up (even though we are still at home). Last time must have been early September of last year.
