If we overflow Arch Rock campground I can also reserve sites at Atlatal Campground which is a short walk away.
As of right now I can say my wife and I will be there. I will let you know for sure when we get closer to October 6th.

Thanks,

Re: Meet and Greet at Valley of Fire, October 7-9,2011

Good News Campers!!!

I just returned from meeting with two of my Las Vegas casino hotel property clients and they have graciously agreed to provide free show tickets ("comped" tickets in Vegas terminology) to anyone attending the Valley of Fire Meet and Greet in October.

If you attend the Meet and Greet you will have your choice of tickets to one of the following four options:

1) CRISS ANGEL Believe™ from Cirque du Soleil at the Luxor

2) Carrot Top at the Luxor

3) Tournament of Kings (includes dinner) at Excalibur

4) Australian Bee Gees at Excalibur

You can get tickets for either Friday or Saturday night and can get as many tickets as the number of people you will be bringing to the meet and greet. Las Vegas is one hour away from where we will be camping. Once you confirm you will be attending the meet and greet, I'll ask you which show you would like to attend on which day. I will have the tickets for you when you arrive.

If you would like more information about these shows, please go to the Luxor or Excalibur websites. In return for the tickets I hope you will spend a few bucks on these properties when you are there for the show. After all, they are my clients and I need them to stay profitable.

I hope to see you at the meet and greet. It's only a couple of months away.

Mac

Thanks Mac for setting something like that up. Very good of you.
It still looks like Cheryl and I will be there.

Thanks again,
Woody

Mac, I'm confirming I'm coming and I will bring a trailer full of firewood.

I might rather hang out around the campfire than go into Vegas for a show. And, after my last medical issue I still need to turn in early.

Re: Meet and Greet at Valley of Fire, October 7-9,2011

Mike,

I certainly plan on hanging around the fire too and not going anywhere at night. I don't know who will take me up on the show offer, but I just thought some people might want to go into Vegas for a night if they have an option. Some people may have never seen a Vegas show, so it might be a fun thing for them to do.

Re: Meet and Greet at Valley of Fire, October 7-9,2011

Mac,

We should get a License Plate number and arrival date from everyone. We could register their sites before they show up, they could pay us back for the camping fees. That would secure the sites from invaders.
