After the second holiday season after my wife passed, and the first spending the holidays with her family and without her, I needed some time to get away where it was calm, peaceful, enjoy a campfire and a cool night.
During the trip I discovered the shop that did the install on my new tires, and charged me for new valve stems, did not in all actuality install new valve stems, and I ended up with a low, but not quite flat tire. Got it taken care of but the shop that did the install is gonna get a butt chewing soon...
The Sportsmobile worked freakishly well. With the windows closed up except for the upper for ventilation, 10 minutes with my Buddy heater on low was more than enough to warm up the camper, honestly too much, from 45 deg F. I ended up sleeping under nothing but a Mexican Serape blanket until about 5 A.M. when I was cool enough to want the sleeping bag...
