It was hotter than shit last week. Which was good for the four in our group who had to spend the night in the mountains stuck on singletrack.. They were comfortable.

Mark just told me for dry camping right next to his house is Rancho Grande, they have palapas & here’s a link,he had to take a call so I’m not sure if you could just walk over to his place or if there’s a fence and come through guard shack to hang out but I’ll find out.

That all looks great... Zappo, we’d love to catch up, but keep in mind before making too many arrangements for us with your friend, our plan is to meet up around San Felipe on the 16th and watch the race the 17th. We then will head to a site north of San Felipe to plant the memorial. Depending on how many days we’re posted up on the bluff with everyone, might push us close to when you’re leaving Gonzaga.....maybe run into you along the way

You just cost me nearly $1000.00. Now I have to buy a new generator.
By the way, are we talking about the original Malcom Smith?

The one and only. He's pushing 80 but still rides. Last time I saw him he wheelied down the beach in San Francisquito.
