Herb, The conversion was done May of 2019, I have no knowledge of any work being done to the AC in the past. I will post some pics of the pressure lines that go to the back, and the new ac SMB added for the new rear AC. That's all i'm saying is i'm curious of how their system works and what they did with the original system.
I did get another quote from MY go to mechanic now that he is open again after a 3 week covid shutdown. His price is $1300.00 I trust him and feel much better about the whole deal. I just replaced the water pump 2 weeks ago so this seems as a double whammy. Not good timing since I finally made an appointment with John Woods to have him rebuild my transmission.
