Garage
These folks are on it:

“... We’re just finishing the test fits and if all goes well we will have them available on the website by the end of this month. Stay tuned to our newsletter (subscribe on website). They’re $1600 like all of our flares and they give you 80” of bed length in the deepest spot (wow that van is really tapered). The test fit sets are windowless and we will add slider windows if there’s demand!”

Thoughts? Concerns? If I go through this process of making molds to fit in the window bays, would anyone want to buy one?

Thanks!

So don't mean to be a buzz kill here but. These (using old school terms) window pop outs, give you 3-1/2" more room where a window van window was already for $ 1,600 each! If you want 2 it's $3,200 to gain a wider 7" width only for an opening about 24" x 45".
I'm having a hard time how to justify that kind of $ for the gain. Please enlighten me.

They are sold in pairs so its $1600 total. Still a lot of money but it does open up more layout options for diy folks if you can now sleep sideways.
