Poor turning radius

I have a 1999 Ford e-350 with a Quigley 4 x 4 conversion. It has the turning radius of a school bus. Does anybody have a suggestion on how to improve this problem?
Looking forward to your advice.

Are you up against the steering stops on the axle? Or are you maxed out on gearbox range?

Unfortunately there’s not much you can do. You might tighten it a couple feet by grinding the stops, assuming you have the longer pitman arm already.

But if you really want a real improvement (possibly around 8’ in turning circle reduction), along with a far better ride, you’ll have to do a full de-quiglification using a new axle and the MGMetalWorks kit.

I've had 2 different Quigley vans and thought each had a really good turning radius. Good as in comparable to stock.

The newer Quigleys with the 2005+axle turn fine. But the older Dana 60 with the Chevy brakes was worse than 2wd.
