Ac problems

Hey guys have a 08 GMC Savana duramax and having AC issues. It’s blowing but the control doesn’t seem to change from floor all the way to defrost mode. You think it’s the switch it’s self or something else.
Thanks

I think there's a motor that drives the door that changes airflow direction. Your first stop ought to be the fuse box. I'm not sure if this is an inside or under the hood fuse.
