Not most of the time, just to name one example, Vans without the heavy duty towing (only 4 trailer wires) have a brown brake controller plug, but the blue power wire to the trailer brake stops at the connector block on the frame rail under the drivers left foot. You will find LOTS of strange “Missing” wires once you start to trace harnesses from different option packages.
