Mine has the 302 Windsor. By 1990 they were using multiport fuel injection so power was starting to come back up a bit over the worst of the early smog era, and overall drivability was a lot better. It's still a bit overmatched by 3.5 tons of van but it's adequate most of the time. What it lacks in power it makes up for in durability and a willingness to run under heavy throttle for long periods of time without overheating.
