Replaced the old Hellas

I've been saving my pennys and dimes hoping to pull off a set of Baja Design LP9's but after buying myself an expensive b-day present a month ago I've let go of the dream.
Luke at Ironman America always takes pretty good care of me so I popped in and pulled the trigger on a set of the new Ironman Scope 9" combo beams.
The output numbers are really good and by all reports they're a great performer, and about half the cost of a set of LP9's
I need to build a proper harness since SMB's lighting wiring would be primitive on the Flintstone Mobile, so for now they're just mounted and looking sexy.
They use a substantially bigger base than the old Rallye 4000's, so I had to fab up some aluminum risers to clear the access hatch on the top of the bumper, plus it centers them a bit better I think.

Looks great. Clever idea with the riser design.

Nice work Dave! I like to look. My fogs in the bumper we wiped out by a deer and I got the hella LEDs pretty cheap. They are no baja designs but the output is good like these. Good call on ironman. The deals in there are great. It is 2 blocks away from my shop.

Yeah, Luke always takes good care of me.
It's worth the little drive over there and the first Saturday of the month Rigs N Coffee is always a good turn out.

I'm really impressed with the build quality of these lamps and if they work half as well as I've been told, I may have to have some of the 7" version on my Landcruiser.

I know that most of their stuff is bespoke chineseum, but I've been pretty impressed with their lighting products.
I did complete perimeter scene lights on Diana's Leitner rack, using the Ironman cube lamps and for the money, its nice stuff.

Nice to hear. I’ve considered them for lights but hadn’t like the looks of theirs in the past, these must be fairly new. Had a great experience with Ironman installing some springs and shocks on my wife’s Landcruiser and enjoyed the crew there. Some genuine enthusiasts.

I have a 96 80 series that I've had forever thst was my primary traveling and wheeling rig, pulling a Oregon Trailer Terradrop Alphs teardrop, but it got replaced by my wife's diesel Gladiator and then the trailer got replaced by the van, so yeah.... lol
