I removed the tiny amps and installed a little Alpine 4-Channel amp. Ran 20’ RCA’s to the back then a 9 wire bundle back to the head unit. I’d never amped speakers before and I’m impressed.
The amp is powered off the house battery’s which is awesome. Before I’d hit the van extra battery button and it was still powered of the engine battery which was odd but from research not uncommon.
Those little single amps would be great in a side by side, Harley or golf cart.
