I like all the names with the word "VAN" in them, but there many things that are black and white that would also work and quite a few good names have been mentioned. Of course you could use a famous black and white movie like Casablanca. Or Ansel (or Adams) for famouse black and white photography. Snoopy was mentioned and thats a good one. Songs can also b a good place to look for names. One of my old friends caled his van "More Than A Feeling" because he loved that Boston song and felt his van was what the name said. I really like twogones "Vanish" idea but would add ed for Vannished as you will be leaving to go on trips with it.
@IIamadave...Vanessa was the name of Annie Pots and her van in the 1978 movie Corvette Summer thats a good name.

Buy the way while I think of all kinds of names for things but I call my van the same thing I called my last two boats.

Like maybe someday I will really give it name. But more often than not we call it "The Van"
We have thought about calling it Silver Streak like the train or Highway Star like the song because its always on the road to someplace.
