Gaucho retrofit head rest?

Hi all --
Working on some upgrades for our Sportsmobile -- getting ready to drive up to Seattle and rescue our daughter from Coronavirus lockdown in her apartment for a few days -- and I want to install a removable headrest into the seat back of the Gaucho couch/bed. Hopefully I can do this in place --
Anybody ever retrofitted a headrest into the rear bench?
