Re: Hi-Lift Jacks

Don't forget that you can use the Hi-lift as a come-a-long/winch as well.

Re: Hi-Lift Jacks

The Hi Lift is and has been one of the most valuable tools used over the past 40 plus years of off road driving and like all tools has a time place and a function . The Aluminess Bumpers have limitations with regard to materials used in their manufacturing process but with a little practice and liberal dose of good sense you will find the Hi Lift to be a very valuable tool !

Re: Hi-Lift Jacks

recent article i read a couple days ago, one of the best instruction hi-lift articles ive read.

http://www.expeditionportal.com/resourc ... rades.html

i can tell you i have used a hi-lift for lifting out of ruts, winchin, clamping, fixing fences etc. very valuable tool thats on my van (when i get it mounted). I fondly remember in college, moving the keg down to where a VW bus drove into a swamp looking for that awesome crash spot and winching it out for a good part of the evening. and for the record the big jeeper who was doing most of the work actually was a straight edger. but that was a good time
