We use a Caframo Ultimate 747 12V 2-Speed 7" Fan (available on Amazon) which works well and is relatively quiet. We used to take an Endless Breeze. It was noisier and takes up a lot of storage room.

Thanks Jim -- I appreciate your advice -- the Caframo is getting a lot of recommendations -- Rick

The 02Cool is pretty quiet... But I have a couple Mitchell vehicle fans and they MOVE are big time. They're completely adjustable.

I'll also recommend the Sirocco II Fan by Caframo - been using these for many many years (Boats and now the Van)...very quiet and have never had one malfunction.
The gimbals feature comes in very handy.

I've also got a Caframo 747 and it's very quiet on low speed...and it's got soft rubber blades and no cage..so that's kinda cool and doesn't hurt when you stick body parts in it. Sticking your face in it when it's on high would likely hurt a bit. It could be better balanced, but overall it's fine. They come in white or black

I'm late to the party here but hopefully this will help someone out somewhere. This is a fixed roof vent van but I love the newer Maxxair 6000 series (I think). I think they are all similar as long as you don't get the lowest end one. They have about a 10 speed setting. On low speeds they are inaudible. Rain cover as well so you can leave running in bad weather.
