Does anyone give thought to the departure angle when putting a rear bumper on a EB? They already stick out so much they drag fairly easy stock. I understand with tires and lift it gets better, but still.
That was discussed a lot here but it's been years, you'd have to dig deep for those threads. It is a very valid concern on an EB but I don't think most people with a decked out EB really get very far off road......except for maybe DaveB. Dave does the Rubicon trail before breakfast in his EB. You should ask him.

What departure angle!!
This is why I chose to slimline my rear bumper and tuck it in and up. I inserting the hitch receiver in the bumper itself as opposed to under the bumper for less clearance. I have more departure angle (clearance) than when I had the factory bumper. All my attachments come off the top of the bumper. I have submitted a pic in an earlier reply.
