If the old style of Sportsmobile propane doors are no longer available, you may consider looking at different styles of Marine Deck access doors - Just a thought.

Progress made

I finished the mounts, and cut the opening through both walls of the body sheet metal to create an opening. I also trimmed out the opening for the access door. Measure, cut, grind, fit, weld, grind, rinse and repeat
