I just wanted to take a minute and let you all know. I had an issue with a mouse. It went on an adventure I side my van. One of the places it went was inside my Propex HS2000 Furnace. I got a 5 blink error.
I called Dan at Van Cafe in CO and he could not possibly have been cooler or more helpful. Should any of you need anything please consider giving him a call and let him know that I sent ya .. 3 day turn around time and it's back in the mail on its way. Always nice to find a really good resource and wanted to let yall know should you need them for anything.

I can only speak to how helpful Dan was specifically with Propex furnace support. For that issue he was great.
