In my narrow experience, that's a pretty nice price for a decked out van if the damage has been repaired. Like these guys said, if you intend to keep it and can get it insured, then it's just the risk of electrical problems. But if it starts, runs nice, and doesn't throw codes, then you got something.
Put an Agile or MGM Coil 4x4 on that thing and it's legit!
