Caliper mount bolts torque?

Hi, how much toque should i put on this bolts?

Its a dana 60 ff, from a 2008 e350 i think.
The ones on blue, the ones in red and then the ones that hold the caliper to the bracket please?????

I read the the wheel bolts need 140 ft/lb, should i put the same on the wheel spacers/adapters? (Pluss the red locktite)
