Full float spindle nut torque

Does anyone happen to know the correct procedure and torque for the spindle nut on the rear hub of a 2004 E-350 SD full float Dana70HD axle with dually's?

I have researched it but i find at least three different procedures each one being different from the others.

One says torque to 60 ft lbs and then back the nut off 7 clicks for new bearings or 5 clicks for old bearings. Another says torque to 70 lb ft and then back the nut off a full turn and then torque to 18 ft lbs.

Anyone have a shop manual they might have time to look it up for me please?

My manual says:

Tighten the locknut to 65-75 ft-lbs while occasionally rotating the hub. Back the locknut off 90-degrees, then tighten it to 15-20 ft-lbs.
