I bet I can do worse than that! My fuel milage is worse, my tires don't last as long, and I pay too much for vehicles and repairs... But I DO have just as much fun as everybody else!!

Happy New Year!

Hahahaha. That's good. I feel the same way. I also have a fusion hybrid and folks are claiming north of 40 with theirs and I can't get 36.

Re: What kinda MPG are you getting?

Make:Chevrolet
Model:3500 express
Engine:6.0 Gas
Transmission Type:Auto/4L80e?
4wd/2wd:4wd
Approx weight:?
MPG city:11-12
MPG fwy:14-16
I have a tall fixed roof. I got a hand held tuner to correct for tire size and the programming help my mileage a bunch. I was getting 9-10 in town before tune.

Re: What kinda MPG are you getting?

Make:Ford
Model:E350 (EB)
Engine:6.0 PSD
Transmission Type:Auto
4wd & 4.10 rear
Approx weight:8900lbs
MPG city:12-14 (10 if I am driving my wife crazy)
MPG fwy:15-17

I equate the low mileage to a giant rack that is not wind friendly and the 4.10 rear. I pull a 15,000lbs trailer 2 to 3 times per month and the MPGs don't really change at all unless I am pulling the thing up Tiger mt. in a snowstorm behind a logging truck with no chains on. Oh that drives my wife crazy too.

Re: What kinda MPG are you getting?

Make: 08 Ford
Model: E350 (EB)
Engine: 6.0 PSD
Transmission Type: Auto 5 speed
4wd/2wd: 4x4 Quigley with 4.10 gearing.
Approx weight: 9000
MPG city: Don't know, really. Do know that it gets almost 12 mpg in mild to medium off-roading.
MPG fwy: 14.6 over the last year of mostly highway, usually between 65-70 mph.

* I was really tempted to apply Jage's MPG boost method here....

Re: What kinda MPG are you getting?

Same as it was last time someone posted this thread. If I could find a way to go downhill all the time I'd be happy.

I'm hoping that is a mistake. Maybe 9-10 miles/gallon and 90-100 smiles /gallon?

We're getting more smiles and miles than that in about the same rig. All 5 Tons of it.
Our mileage only drops to 10 with the tires flattened and off the pavement for a couple of days.
We get 11-12 in the mountians and 13-14 on flat highway.
Those are conservative numbers because our big tires cause about an 8% drop in speedometer/odometer readings.

Two of our secrets are; never drive over 60 and never drive in the city.
Living in SoCal probably kills both of those solutions

Re: What kinda MPG are you getting?

I have the same results as ocsmb. I got 17 when I picked it up and drove from Denver to Portland at 75 with no lift or 4wd. I guess an extra 5 inches and 1000 pounds kinda hurts.....
