IMO the only thing that Van has going for it is the interior looks well kept. But think you'll be much better off with something that isn't as dated.
I would concentrate more on the make of the van (as stated already: parts availability, service availability - cant go wrong with Ford or Chevy), and the type of engine it has...You'll eventually end out resenting your decision if the Van seems underpowered.

I agree with what's been said. Seems a little high and a little old. If you have your heart set on a Ford you can find one in your budget if you are OK with 2wd gas. Several have traded in the mid 20's lately.

I'd say they are $10k too high. At least. My brother in law has a 1995 ford with the same layout he is going to be selling here in SoCal and he is going to ask $20k for it. In just as nice shape too.
